Teen Nutrition Boot Camp
Get together 4 or more of your friends and learn how to make eating healthy & fun!
The Teen program’s focus is on how to safely nourish their growing bodies with delicious, easy to prepare, power foods for breakfast, snacks for pre- and post- sports or anytime snacks. This is a 2-part series that will give recipes and inspiration, knowledge on how they can choose and prepare the best foods to keep them healthy and lean, with less acne and better sleep patterns.
We meet for two sessions, one week apart.
Session 1
- Teen Energized Body Instruction packet on power nourishment for strong lean bodies, decreased acne and improved sleep
- Easy to prepare recipes
- Tastings and demonstration of how to prepare power breakfast, lunch and pre- and post-sport snacks
Session 2
- We will meet at Panera in Lexington and then tour Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts and Bertucci’s
- Participants will learn how to make healthy choices at fast food restaurants

Teen athletes need to make sure they are getting extra nutrition pre- and post-sports training and competitions. Schedule a Fit Foodie Team Dinner to make sure your athelete is eating power foods to keep them strong and energized!
